FOCUS: To promote the common interests of the producers of South African bottle-fermented sparkling wines. The CCPA’s goal is to promote South Africa’s premium Cap Classique wines and establish Cap Classique as a generic term nationally and internationally to describe wines made according to the traditional method in South Africa.
