FOCUS:The South African Sommeliers Association (SASA) is the national professional body for sommeliers in South Africa. It is a non profit organization responsible for representing and certifying wine stewards and beverage service professionals. The organisation’s focus is on education, certification, competitions, and raising the standard of wine knowledge, training, and hospitality service standards across the country.
