FOCUS To provide member laboratories in the wine industry with a professional proficiency-testing service to ensure the quality of analyses they render to cellars is beyond reproach. Workshops and training are held to address problem areas and improve the expertise of laboratory personnel. A manual detailing analytical methods is for sale through SASEV.
