Elsenburg Agricultural Training Institute

Amongst other study fields, the Elsenburg Agricultural Training Institute offers two wine-making orientated courses i.e. the three-year Bachelor of Agriculture (Cellar Technology) and three-year  Diploma in Agriculture (Cellar Technology) programmes. The major subjects within the Cellar Technology study fields are Viticulture and Oenology.

The Bachelor of Agriculture degree is a three-year full-time qualification offered in association with Stellenbosch University.

The Diploma in Agriculture programme, is a three-year qualification where the student follows a formal, full-time academic programme in the first two years of study and the third year is for Work Integrated Learning.
