BAgric (Cellar Technology) The course consists of modules in Wine Chemistry, Wine Microbiology, Oenology, Legislation, Marketing, Agricultural Management and Viticulture. The qualification is presented in association with Stellenbosch University.
Diploma (Cellar Technology) A one-year full-time course presented on a modular basis. Students work at a selected cellar for at least 10 months.
