FOCUS: The Scheme of Integrated Production of Wine (IPW)  is the cornerstone of the South African wine industry’s sustainability initiative and the first wine sustainability scheme to be established in legislation. The Scheme which is administered by the Wine Certification Authority, aims to protect the environment and natural resources and ensure sustainable profitability of grape and wine production.
