FOCUS: To foster excellence in the making of South African Sauvignon Blanc and develop marketing strategies to promote the country’s most popular wine variety locally as well as internationally. This includes the annual FNB Sauvignon Blanc SA Top 10 competition, a regular blog covering technical aspects, and events such as a technical seminar, #SauvBlancDay celebrations, as well as hosting the Concours Mondial du Sauvignon in 2023. Anyone can become a member of the cultivar association to benefit from shared expertise.
