FOCUS As provided for in section 14 of the Liquor Products Act, the Wine Certification Authority administers the Wine of Origin, Estate Brandy and Integrated Production of Wine (IPW) schemes. The day-to-day administrative activities are contracted to its agent, SAWIS.
